Frugal Friday~

Howdy everybody!!

Welcome to this week's edition of Frugal Friday!!  I don't know about you, but this week has been crazy busyfor me...and it's just the intro into all the jam-packed-with-celebrating-and-fun stuff going on during the holidays.

So, sit back, relax, kick your feet up, grab a diet coke (or other beverage of choice) and enjoy all the Frugal Goodness blogland has to offer. But before you do, here's a recap of last week's party.

Last week's Fan Favorite was this ADORABLE diy rhinestone ornament.  It was so simple to make I could kick myself for not thinking of it sooner.  But thank heavens for Cyndy at The Creativity Exchange for not only thinking it up, but sharing it with us as well!

Now on to my Frugal Round-up...

First, Simply Chic Treasures shared her lovely diy Ruffled Tree Skirt.  So pretty!

The Painted Hive shared her upcycled library card cabinet.  The hubby and I once drove an hour and a half with a friend to help him pick up some card cabinets...wish I'd seen this post back then (of course, it was pre-blogging days.) I would have grabbed some for us too. ;-)

Finally, JK JK shared her nail and string wall art letters.  Such a fabulous idea!  Trying to think of a place in my house that needs this!

Now it's your turn!

You know "da rules"...

1. Please link directly to your post and not just to your blog.
2. Please link back the Shabby Nest (you can use the pretty new button on my side bar to make it easy.)
3. Please visit other participants and leave them comments! Help them feel "the love!" And don't forget to "like" your favorite posts so they can become the "FAN FAVORITE!"

So many terrific ideas and projects! I could spend all day looking, but its time for me to face the snow and some Target shopping!
