Here's my theory on the subject. If you have kids, they have stuff. And usually lots of it. Instead of trying to decorate your home as though kids don't live there....embrace it! That doesn't mean that you have to put Winnie-the-pooh or Disney decals all over your walls. There are tons of storage and decor options that can appeal to you both.
With that in mind, today I wanted to share some pretty kid spaces to get the creative juices flowing..

Okay those pics are drool worthy! Thanks! I can't wait to see your take on kid's storage. Cause I need HELP!
LOVE the Pottery barn stuff... but IKEA has some great stuff for the budget. I'm in desperate need of new storage for the boy's room. I love the bins/ baskets!
Working in my kiddo's playroom now! This is great inspiration! :)
Blessings,
Stacey
Great post ... I am looking at these though with different colored glasses ... they would make wonderful storage for all my yarns and threads. Ohhhh, its making me drool!
All great ideas. Thanks for sharing.
Great Ideas.
I recognize the 4th from the Bottom pic, it's from The Thrify Decor Chick!
Those are terrific spaces. Now, if only Olivia had a separate play room. *sigh*
I love storage cubbies...they make life so much easier. Great collection of inspiration pics.
Have you seen the site Knock Off Wood? Ana gives you instructions on how to easily make all of these for next to nothing!
Oh my goodness my kid clutter needs some serious help!!! I can't seem to make it look good. :( Some of these ideas were way cute!
Those are great pictures! I wish I had a whole room I could devote to playing!
oh my gosh I have all of those pictures saved in my houzz file. They are great options. And if you haven't been to knock off wood, check it out. Anna is such an amazingly generous person.
Oh, wow! I think I am in love with every single picture you posted. I definitely need to do something with my son's play space. It's a wreck! Haha : )
