I found a free download of the Barbie logo and printed a few out....then I simply cut some circles out of black and white dot scrapbook paper and layered the logo on top.
I also found some fabulous hot pink ribbon with black stitching down the center. I glued it on the cards in a vertical stripe down the center then simply glued the logo circle on top about 2/3 of the way down the page. I then added a bow above that and voila...custom invites on a dime!!
The party information is printed inside the card in hot pink and black of course! I have one excited soon-to-be-7-year-old on my hands, I tell ya!

super cute!!!
Girl that is ca-ute! I'm hearin' ya on the 7 year old thing- I got a little longer to go than you, but what? I have a 7 YEAR OLD??
I blogged about my daughter's Fancy Nancy party a few weeks ago. Anyhow, one of our table decorations would be super cute for your daughter's Barbie party. At the Dollar Tree there are miniature acrylic high heel shoes in the wedding favor section. I filled those with pink M&Ms and the girls thought they were cute.
The invitation is adorable and I'm sure the party will be lovely too. Can't wait for more pictures!

Oh my goodness. I had Barbie dishes with that logo on it way back in the early 70's! I remember getting them for my 4th Christmas!
What a cute idea (I love the colors too). For my bridal shower, my girls through a "shoe & purse" theme party for me. They used barbie shoes to make those necklaces that you wear to play the game where you can't say things like "bride, wedding, etc." Barbie shoe charm bracelets would be a super cute goodie.
Those invites are adorable! Have fun planning that birthday bash.
HOw addorable. p.s. I featured you on my blog today!

so adorable! i love the vintage flair & the fact that they are so one-of-a-kind. she is one lucky girl!
It's only vintage if you pull out the old school Barbie cake! You know, the one where Barbie is standing up and the cake is a poofy dress? LOL! THAT'S vintage!
The invites look really, really nice. Great job!
