So I have a bit of an obsession with pillows. They add such softness to a space. Here are a few of the old softies around my house...

Pillows are a great way to bring a cozy feeling to a room, and to keep it looking "up to date" without investing a lot of money.

I have to know who makes, and where you purchased the sheets in the princess' room? Those just make me want to take a nap! You know, I love pillows, but I am seriously pillow challenged. It seems easy enough to throw some pillows around but mine always end up too matchy-matchy or not the right size. I'm working on that though!

I have seen so many beautiful pillows around blogland that I have started a bit of a pillow obsession. Your pillows are ALL GORGEOUS! I received my nest pillow from you and I absolutely LOVE it!!!!! My biggest problem is that my hubby hates pillows on the couch so if I put some there they end up on the floor...UGG

I love pillows too. Thankfully, I don't spend a lot of money on them as I get most from the various thrift stores in my area. But I simply cannot resist a good pillow.
Joanna: The sheets in the Princess' room are from the Simply Shabby Chic line at Target. (I love them too...I wish I could put them in my room, but the Hubby has a bit of an aversion to sleeping on floral sheets. ha!)
Amanda: I did make most of my throw pillows... I think the only one I didn't make happens to be the one with the buttons in the boys' chair. I just love to be able to customize, and this is one of the least expensive ways I've found.
Amanda: I lied I didn't make the bee pillows on the mud bench...they are from IKEA.
I too have a pillow obsession!! There can never be enough anywhere! I have the same red dragonfly fabric that I made pillows from. They went from my family room to my office. I love the Whimsy of them. It doesn't matter how many pillows you have to move to sit or sleep, I just could never have too many! Thanks for sharing your pillow obsession too! Oh, love the birdie pillow!!

I truly have a pillow fetish. When I am in a store, that is usually the first place I go, to check out the pillows! I purposely bought a slipcoverered cream sofa so I can change my pillows out frequently.

I do love them! And I have many in the linen closet with nowhere to put them for some reason. I have ones I've made of patchwork, crazy quilting and yo-yos.

Oh yes, pillows are one of my favorite accents! I've been changing out mine in favor of a "lighter" look. I just bought some new linen pillow covers and I'm thinkin' of painting something on them or doing an iron on transfer. Any suggestions?

Okay - first off, I love, love, love the bee pillow on the mudbench. How long ago did you get it at IKEA? I need a couple of those. Secondly, I love your dragon fly pillows on your couch so much that I have the exact same ones! Well maybe similar anyway. A friend made mine and the back of my pillow is gold to make it reversible. I love that fabric!

Yes, I have a love affair with pillows. My Mom has made nearly every pillow in my house. I just go pick some fabric and give it to my custom designer...it's great! : ) Gorgeous pillows you have in your house!
