Halloween Party!

Kimba at A Soft Place to Land is hosting a Halloween Party today! I love a good party...so I had to join in the fun! As some of you may recall, I couldn't find some of my Autumn decorations this year. That, coupled with the fact that I live in a very Halloween-y neighborhood (we are THE trick-or-treating neighborhood for our town) prompted me to get a little crafty and get my spook on! This post will be a little photo heavy...but those are my favorite kinds of posts so I hope y'all like photos as much as I do. And my apologies because quite a few of the photos will be repeats from previous posts, but I thought I'd just share a bunch of pics of my Halloween Decor. Have a spooky time checking it out!

Now all I need to do is add one of those fun dead Halloween trees and a few crows and I've got it made! Thank heavens for blogland and all of the bloggy inspiration we can all get from one another! Happy Halloween~

Hi! I'm new to your blog and absolutely love it! I love how you've decorated for Halloween. I was wondering if you didn't mind taking a wider picture of what your room looks like just to get an idea of where you put what? I'm trying to get my place decorated so any inspirations is awesome!

oooh love all the decor. I agree the spooky letters are my favorite along with the boo sign. Do you mind sharing what the spooky letters are made out of? Blocks of wood?

Wendy said...

Hi Nifty Adventures...Yes, the Spooky letters are just blocks of scrapwood (you could buy similar blocks at the craft store) then I stuck vinyl letters on squares of scrapbook paper and used Mod Podge to decoupage them on. Easy Peasy!!!

What great ideas here! I certainly need to display more candy, because it looks so cute in glass jars. Are you ever tempted to snack on it all day though?

You are so creative, you really make beautiful decorations! Wow! I love that first pic, too, do you know where you got that from? (The 2 pumpkins with the cat).

I didn't make a crow tree yet either...or a BOO frame thingee either...I'm not with it, lol.

Get your spook on? That cracked me up! Your decor looks fabulous as always. What kind of camera do you use? Your pictures are always so GOOD!

Hi Vintage Mommy...The m&m's were tempting, but I don't really like candy corn, so that's no problem..the hubby on the other hand...

Bella, I got the pumpkins with the cat balloon at TJMaxx for a discount because the balloon was loose (I just hot glued it)

Marie, I use a Nikon D60. LOVE IT!
